A friend of mine once asked me “Have you ever read the Vandal Squad’s website?” I recoiled in horror, aghast at such a shocking idea. Then he explained that they put all the penalties and and initiatives on their site. Better to know what you’re getting into before you go out. In NYC for isntance they recently made it putting up stickers almost as bad as doing pieces.
It made sense to me after he put it that way. So if you’re interested by all means look up your local police’s anti-graffiti task forces.
