New York City’s New Graffiti Laws

NYC passes new graffiti laws to take effect in 2006, including new regulation on sales of “graffiti-related materials” and punishments for graffiti-related offenses.

Art Show: Mark of the Beast (L.A.)

Mark of the Beast, an exhibit of logo spoofs, was censored last April in Los Angeles by the LAPD. For one night only, the show is flexing it’s first amendment rights, and reopening to the public at Transport Gallery in Los Angeles.
