Looks like NYC’s retarded “War on Graffiti” just got a little stupider. Recently a family in Park Slope Brooklyn got ticketed for having chalk graffiti on their doorstep. Problem was it was their property and their 6 year old daughter did it.

But Brooklyn Street Artist Ellis G was the first arrested in the “War on Sidewalk Chalk” NY Magazine gets the scoop too… how weird!

I hope Queens City Councilmember Grandstander/Graffiti Hater and all around Dickbag Peter Vallone gets in the act and tries to outlaw the sale of sidewalk chalk to minors like he did spray paint…

Hmmm that gives me an idea…
