Way back when before Street Art ,in America at least, jumped the shark, PEEL Zine was a-borned by Dave and Holly Combs. Documenting the under represented sticker art scene since 2003, PEEL has always been on the forefront of whats happening now. While many of us Old Timers now shake our heads and tut tut the noobs, PEEL stays close to who’s up now and making moves. Through the process of this constant documentation they’ve evolved from a black n white zine to a full color magazine, growing like the Street Art scene. Now PEEL: The Art of the Sticker has been published by Mark Batty Publishers and it shows the artists and the magazines from the roots up. Be sure to score a copy ASAP as they’re sure to go fast!
